You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advisor Engagement, Marketing, and others to achieve our growth and business objectivesWhat You’ll DoCultivate and maintain strong relationships with advisors to help drive, facilitate and implement Wealth Solutions offerings including Hightower Trust Company servicesAssist Directors/Executive Directors with providing comprehensive, personalized financial advice, estate planning strategies, charitable giving opportunities, and tax optimization solutions tailored to clients’ specific circumstancesHelp Directors/ Executive Directors create detailed financial plans for clients, including retirement planning, estate distribution, and wealth transfer strategiesStay up-to-date with evolving estate laws and tax regulations, incorporating changes into clients' financial and estate plans as necessaryWhat You’ll BringBachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field3-4+ years of relevant work experiencePassion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with industry advancementsWhat We OfferCoverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid parental leave (16 weeks for primary caregiver and 8 weeks for secondary caregiver)Mother’s lounge onsiteFlexible PTO planFree brand-new gym in the Chicago office401k matching planHSA employer contributionsStudent loan assistanceAN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER:
