Full time, PermanentThe Client:Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established plant hire firm to support the growth of their team. Our client, who have been established for over 50 years, is looking to onboard & train engineers from either a plant, HGV, Automotive or Agricultural background. They offer a comprehensive training scheme alongside relative internal progression routes.The package:22 days Annual Leave + Public Holidays / Increasing by 1 day for every year of service (25 overall)All overtime over 8 hours per day is paid at 1.5x (£21-£24 per hour)A minimum of 5 hours of overtime available per week (average availability is 15-20 hours) Min (5 hours): Additional £5,460pa / Average (17 hours): Additional £18,564paSalary Sacrifice Scheme for an additional 5 days annual leave per annumLaptop, Company Vehicle & Fuel CardFull training & development with a focus on internal progression, route is as follows: (Workshop/Mobile Engineer > Lead Engineer > Hiring Manager > Site Manager > Regional Manager)All of the above promotions accompany substantial increases in salary and benefits.The Requirements:Previous experience working in the Plant, Automotive, HGV or Agricultural industry (essential)Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential)Experience working on engines would be advantageousElectrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experienceA desire to lead, manage and grow a team of your ownRelevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)Full UK Drivers LicenseResponsibilities:Travel to client sites to perform maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.Diagnose complex technical issues and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert recommendations.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.Keep detailed records of service activities, parts used, and work completed for accurate reporting.Thank you for taking the time, we hope to speak in the near future.INDNH
