Job Summary:

Benjamin Moore is actively recruiting an experienced Enterprise Applications Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team at our Corporate Headquarters in Montvale, NJ. This pivotal role centers on the management, maintenance, expansion, and support of critical enterprise applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, and other cloud-based platforms. As a key player in our team, you'll spearhead innovation and optimization efforts, utilizing your technical acumen and strategic foresight to drive tangible business value through cutting-edge technology solutions.

ResponsibilitiesDuties & Responsibilities:

Work as a techno-functional resource on the Enterprise Applications team within Information Technology department.

Day-to-Day administration, configuration, customization, and management of various cloud-based applications like Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet and other SaaS solutions.

Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the security and performance of applications.

Analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing enterprise software applications to enhance operational efficiency.

Monitor application health, cost, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Explore cloud-based software solutions for addressing various business or technical challenges.

Create apps using Microsoft platform (SharePoint, one drive, power apps, power automate, Microsoft forms, etc) and other available technologies to create solutions for business needs.

Collaborate with vendors to identify products that align with our needs, facilitate demonstrations, and execute proof-of-concepts.

Review and analyze reports for performance, finding issues proactively and explore opportunities to grow the application.

Work directly with End Users to answer any questions and solve their issues.

Adapt the Benjamin Moore IT change control process for all application development activities while adhering to best practices for security, development, testing, build and release management.

QualificationsDesired Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in cloud-based SaaS applications.

1+ year experience with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform and Microsoft Office 365 administration preferred.

Ability to troubleshoot user problems using advanced toolset.

Worked with End Users to help solve their issues.

Proven ability to successfully deliver critical, enterprise-level initiatives.

Internally motivated, able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Handle tight deadlines, learn quickly, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.

Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline is required.
