This Manager role will be responsible for the build and submission of pricing outputs for new and renewing PBM clients.The Manager will work cross-functionally with both internal and potentially external business partners for implementations and maintenance of business support. Project management skills are key to meet timelines as well as revenue expectations. Being well organized and deadline focused with an ability to make decisions quickly, efficiently, and effectively will contribute to the overall success within the role. Competency in MS Excel is essential for ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.Required Qualifications5+ years of operational experience within PBM or Health Care industryPreferred Qualifications8+ years PBM or Health Care industry experienceKnowledge of CVS Caremark network programs and proceduresIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Access database experienceFundamental project management knowledge and/or demonstrable experienceOperations experience in a volume heavy environment with strict deadlinesIntermediate to advanced interpersonal skillsStrong time management skillsIntermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite of toolsEffective communication skillsEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.For more detailed information on available benefits, please visit jobs.CVSHealth.com/benefitsWe are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
