This Manager role will be responsible for the build and submission of pricing outputs for new and renewing PBM clients.The role scope is across all delivery systems and adjudication platforms in areas of client pricing (retail and mail), claims adjudication, business rules and implementation processes, network structures and testing support across all of our Employer, Health Plan and Government business segments.The Manager will work cross-functionally with both internal and potentially external business partners for implementations and maintenance of business support. Project management skills are key to meet timelines as well as revenue expectations. Competency in MS Excel is essential for ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.Required Qualifications5+ years of operational experience within PBM or Health Care industryPreferred Qualifications8+ years PBM or Health Care industry experienceKnowledge of CVS Caremark network programs and proceduresIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Access database experienceFundamental project management knowledgeOperations experience in a volume heavy environment with strict deadlinesIntermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite of toolsEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $145,860.00.
