The Account Manager will provide direct support to the Producer in all aspects of service and related needs. In addition, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload to meet and exceed client’s expectations and business needs. This position requires a high level of decision-making ability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as the “Face of the Account” and makes daily decisions with the producerServes as day to day contact for book of clientsProvides client support to more complex clients under the guidance of the Director Of Account Manager and ProducerResponsible for open enrollment materials, presentations and coordination of enrollment processCollaborates with marketing and quoting department for annual renewal presentations, marketing process and quoting needsManages new carrier and plan implementation including benefits administration and HRIS system needsManages escalated claims and coverage issue resolution for clientSchedules and coordinates internal and external meetingsPrepares 5500 with CPA and clientSolves data discrepancies between systemsConduct on-site client open enrollment meetingsOther responsibilities as assigned. Valid Driver’s License, California Life and Health LicenseTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Some travel is required to visit clients to conduct open enrollment meetings.Pay Details:
