The Lead, Material Program Manager (MPM), for Autonomous Undersea Vehicles (AUV) in Fall River, MA will use their past experience in Supply Chain and/or Program or Product Management to lead a cross functional team to develop a robust Supply Chain Strategy, and execute for key programs across the AUV Programs/Products. In collaboration with functional leaders, the Lead MPM will institute tailored “right sized” practices and approaches for successful execution on early engineering design efforts, to complete product life cycle with a focus risk and opportunity management to ensure top notch execution. The Lead MPM will be responsible for program cost, schedule and compliance with internal and external regulations with respect to materials and subcontracts.In this highly visible role, the Lead MPM will collaborate across functions and be part of the Supply Chain team serving as a key interface to Program and Product Offices, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Operations. This individual will also be a Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain and Programmatic Practices.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing and executing strategies and actions to baseline and improve both supplier and customer on time deliveryEnsure timely completion of all material and subcontract program milestonesBe accountable for the material and subcontract program budgets, and drive actions to improve financial performanceServe as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and other functions for key Products/ProgramsAnalyze key performance indicators and identify challenged areas and champion continued improvementsLead others by influence in a matrixed environmentDevelop Supply Chain Estimates utilizing Risk & Opportunity for Best Case, Most Likely, and Worst case for ETC’s and New business CapturesEnsure compliance with all internal and external laws and regulationsAssist Program Finance in Rolling up quarterly financial status against the AOP and Short Term Forecast, EAC and ETCEnsure customer flow down requirements are communicated and documented through the Supply BaseManage key supplier performance and relationshipsLead Supplier Recovery Strategies with transparency in Reporting Supply Chain status and communicating critical issues to internal stakeholders with solution focused actionsBasic Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. CitizenBachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.Experience in Supply Chain and Program Management execution across a Product Life Cycle (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR etc.)Ability to communicate effectively, to internal executive leadership or line management both written and verballyNew Business Proposals / Capture Experience on competitive and/or sole source pursuitsDemonstrated Management and Leadership experienceSubcontractor Management through various stages of development through productionAbility to break large complex issues into smaller individual approaches to achieve business objectivesEarned Value Management experience / Previous Control Account Manager experienceExpertise in FAR, DFARS, ITARPreferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing technical statements of workPMP CertificationAdvanced degree
