Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring a Project Analyst to support regulatory work with a national banking client.

Responsibilities
Serving in a “deputy” role to the project/program manager.
Providing temporary coverage in the absence of the project/program delivery lead.
Setting a very good example to other PAs and team members who support the delivery lead.
Interacting well with executive-level stakeholders on an as-needed basis.
Assisting delivery leads to manage program communications, artifacts, etc., including working directly with program financial analysis teams, performing financial tracking and analysis, understanding the financials around resource planning, managing and preparing financial artifacts, and rendering expertise and support as directed.
Project Scheduling: Managing Microsoft Project Schedules (.mpp) as required and ensuring schedule management best practices are being utilized.
Updating and maintaining a hierarchy of various Clarity PPM project/program records.
Managing Risk, Action, Issues, and Decision (RAID) Log items if assigned.
Collaborating with the project team in managing project change requests (PCR) to ensure that they are completed appropriately, submitted to PCR review/approval process, and logged into the project changelog.
Capturing meeting minutes, verifying content, and communicating to specified distributions.
Supporting the monthly resource forecasting cycles and analyzing variances between resource planned vs. actual hours and activities (CAPEX/OPEX- capitalizable Expense/Operational Expense).
Ensuring that artifacts are produced/captured, reviewed, approved, and posted in SharePoint repositories as required. Communicating SharePoint artifact links to team members.
