The RoleAs a Wealth Analyst you will learn numerous aspects of Wealth Management to begin a successful career that includes relationship and practice management, core systems training, knowledge of various wealth strategies that help clients achieve goals, and obtainment of a number of securities licenses/registrations:Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)Series 7Series 66Life, Health & Variable InsuranceWealth Analysts must obtain securities registrations and insurance licenses within 160 days from orientation completion to continue with the program.Wealth Analysts will also participate in multiple rotations. The 12-to-18-month program includes shadowing experiences with our client-facing relationship management teams within Wealth:Financial Advisor

- You will spend time with financial advisors understanding how they interact with clients and build their books of business. This includes activities such as client meetings, participating in team meetings with internal/external partners, and gaining an understanding of key investment systems.Investment Analyst

– You will spend time with Investment Analysts and Investment Managers to gain an understanding of how to create client presentations, conduct industry research, and make changes to investment mixes based on the current market.Wealth Advisor

– You’ll work with Wealth Advisors to gain knowledge on financial planning, sales presentations, and participate in client meetings and internal partner meetings.What To ExpectThroughout your time as a Wealth Analyst, you will expand your leadership and collaborative team skills, while gaining industry and technical knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to work on key strategic priorities to help Truist Wealth continue to achieve its goals. Our program also offers vast exposure to senior leaders within Wealth, a support network of mentors and peers, and the chance to join the close-knit Wealth community.Upon program completion, analysts who meet performance requirements may be placed in one of the Wealth roles mentioned above, as well as others―based on business needs and performance.The RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (business or finance preferred) at a 4-year accredited college or universityOverall GPA of 3.0 or aboveSuperior written and oral communication abilitiesIndependent, entrepreneurial mindset, goal-orientedAbility to self-manage, adapt to a fast-paced environment, collaborate well with teamsFlexibility to relocate
