The Business Development Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining data consistency, building data visualizations, and working with OVG’s venue subject matter experts to analyze core KPIs of the venue and event management business.
This role will pay a salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus bonus.

Responsibilities:
Meet routinely with subject matter experts from OVG’s venues, across Ticketing, Food & Beverage, Transportation & Mobility and Finance business units to deliver against their business intelligence needs.Design, maintain, and optimize data visualizations and other self-service tools to provide actionable insights that enhance business decision making.Ensure accuracy of incoming data and resulting dashboards.Work with third-party data integration teams in ingesting new data sources and incorporating them into existing visualizations.Prepare financial analysis in Microsoft Excel, using data to uncover trends and new project opportunities.Communicate findings to department and business leaders via formal presentations and provide standard reporting on a periodic basis.Partner with enterprise data architects to define data requirements of business intelligence visualizations and tools.Champion the utilization of business intelligence technology across functional roles throughout the organization.Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years experience in Analytics or statistics.Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Keynote.Detail oriented with strong analytical abilities.Self-starter with ability to solve ambiguous and open-ended business challenges.Skilled at manipulating and managing databases, spreadsheets and queries, and generating KPIs into terms that can be understood by a broader audience.Ability to adapt to new tasks with little notice, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Project experience in Statistics, Research, Project Management and Business Intelligence is a plus.Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus.At OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
