Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Treasury Manager to join our treasury team in Denver, Colorado. This position will report to the VP Treasurer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management and debt management.
This role will pay a salary of $120,000 to $150,000 plus bonus
For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).
This position will remain open until December 31, 2024Responsibilities
Monitors and manages cash positions to ensure there will be sufficient funds available for payroll, accounts payable and other cash commitments.
Approves wire transactions domestically and internationally in line with cash forecast.
Coordinate with operations team to obtain new venue documents and prepare required new bank account request forms.
Help manage all banking relationships and develop the overall financing strategy of all the OVG entities.
Administers various company credit card programs.
Assists accounting department with month-end and ad hoc information requests as needed.
Manage interest payments, interest rate resets on the term and revolver loan.
Manage principal repayments.
Perform account review of all authorized signers for accuracy and appropriateness.
Works with company’s business units to prepare 13-week cash flow forecast.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Identify areas for process enhancement and automation to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field required (Master’s degree is a plus)
6-8 years of corporate treasury experience
High technical proficiency, including advanced capabilities with Excel on building spreadsheets to perform data analysis.
Strong written and oral communication skills are required, as this role will require extensive communication with various stakeholders.
Ability to work in a complex and demanding environment.
A strong work ethic and a high level of integrity are required.
