You will be responsible for managing patients on Coumadin therapy, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to successfully implement treatment plans will be essential in delivering outstanding care.Responsibilities:Monitor patients on Coumadin therapy and adjust dosages as necessaryEducate patients on Coumadin therapy, including potential side effects and precautionsCollaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plansPerform regular patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and lab resultsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsCommunicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any questions or concernsLocation:
