Summary

Hybrid in IL or WI market, on-site presence required 1/3 of the time.The System Director-Cardiovascular Service Line provides overall system direction and guidance to the operational activities within the service line with the objective of maximizing quality, growth, and profitability. Responsible for overall system cardiovascular leadership and performance of the service line. Responsible for ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and fiscal responsibility of cardiovascular areas throughout HSHS.Qualifications

Education:

Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related Allied Health field is required. May consider a bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related Allied Health field with at least 5 years of leadership experience in lieu of masters degree.Experience:

7 years of demonstrated leadership experience is required. 5 years of experience within Cardiovascular service line is required.Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

Licensed in the state of practice as a Registered Nurse or Perfusionist OR registration in a clinical cardiovascular related discipline such as Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS); Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS); Registered Cardiac Interventional Specialist (RCIS); Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); Registered Technologist of Radiography (RTR); Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) is preferred.Overview
