As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, monitor patients' conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care in our outpatient urgent care.As a successful candidate, you will:Integrate and practice according to the City of Hope Professional Practice Model to deliver care service excellence.In alignment with City of Hope mission and values, carry out the nursing process, coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, and document according to standards, including validation of the patient and caregiver’s understanding of the plan of care and expected outcomes.Act as a change agent, committed to lifelong learning, professional development, and embodiment of City of Hope organizational mission and values, as well as the values and ethos of the profession of nursing.Work hours: 7:30pm - 7:00am Nights.Full-time 12-hour shift / 3 days a week.Your qualifications should include:3-5 years experience in an acute care setting and/or outpatient setting.Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.Licensures:CA RN License.BLS through American Heart Association.ACLS through American Heart Association.PALS through American Heart Association.City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
