An Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist proficient with Ping ID products like Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping Directory typically requires a combination of technical and non–technical skills.IAM Architect:

Mandatory PING experience with exposure to IAM system design, handling end-to-end integration architecture, exposure to working with OAuth principles, and creating custom plugins as required.IAM Engineer:

Ping Federate & Ping Access Hands-on Engineer who can work on custom plugins and experience in creating Microservices.Key Skills:

Experience building security solutions using Ping One, Identity and access management, Role-Based Access Management, Create web components, Federated Access Management/SAML/OAuth/OIDC/SSO, SCIM expertise, API Development, Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus, SQL/No SQL, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, SDLC, DevOps, Security Testing, Ping SDK, Postgres, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSSExperience in setting up Ping infrastructure with PingFederate, Ping Access, and other Ping suite of productsExpertise in Access management solutions with Federated SSO and Web SSOHands-on experience in PingFederate, Ping Access, and Ping One cloudKnowledge and onboarding/migration experience with SAML, OAuth, and OIDC applications in Ping FederateWSSO application onboarding experience in Ping AccessExperience in creating custom plugins and microservicesResponsibilities:

Oversee the integration of Ping Federate and Ping Access into our existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Coordinate with cross–functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and align with company goals.Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all project activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to improve future project performance.
