John Ed Chambers Memorial Hospital is looking for a Home Health Director. The agency covers the Yell and Perry County area, and the director is responsible for directing the delivery of home health services to clients. The candidate should possess the following qualifications:RN LicenseGood understanding of OASIS, QAPI, PDGM, and Medicare and State rulesProvides leadership, supervision, training, and direction to clinical and office staffSupervises skilled care and waiver programs provided by the agencyPrepares monthly schedules for the nursing staffProvides coverage as needed for the nursing staffResponsible for referral intake and oversight of eligibility of patients referred for home health servicesImplements and maintains administrative practices, policies, and procedures which assure compliance with State and Federal regulationsParticipates in committees for the hospitalMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a home health management roleGreat benefit package with a matching 401K and Health Savings Account.
