Home Health Director

John Ed Chambers Memorial Hospital is looking for a Home Health Director. The agency covers the Yell and Perry county area, and the director is responsible for directing the delivery of home health services to clients. The candidate should possess the following qualifications:

RN License

Good understanding of OASIS, QAPI, PDGM, and Medicare and State rules

Provides leadership, supervision, training, and direction to clinical and office staff

Supervises skilled care and waiver programs provided by the agency

Prepares monthly schedules for the nursing staff

Provides coverage as needed for the nursing staff

Responsible for referral intake and oversight of eligibility of patients referred for home health services

Implements and maintains administrative practices, policies, and procedures which assure compliance with State and Federal regulations

Participates in committees for the hospital

Minimum of 5 years experience in a home health management role

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
