This commitment to caring is our allegiance to the community as we strive to provide -Exceptional Care for Life- while offering many services that are rarely found in like-size communities.The Position: Respiratory Therapy DirectorEssential Job Functions:Provides for the day-to-day operations of the inpatient and outpatient functions of the Respiratory Therapy Department.Oversees the operations of Sleep Medicine and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.Ensures the delivery of high-quality respiratory care services, promoting patient safety and satisfaction.Contributes to the overall success of the healthcare organization.Minimum Qualifications:5 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy with 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.Bachelor's degree from an approved school of respiratory care.Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Montana; CRT with RRT preferred; CPR certification, ACLS Certification, NRP or PALS Certification.Sidney Health Center (SHC) is an Equal Opportunity (EEO) employer.
