$34.795 - $44.897 - $54.999The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.

What You Will DoCoordinates projects and develops new programs to meet the needs of physicians, leadership, staff, patients, and employers. Collaborates with key stakeholders on projects to provide expected solutions to be delivered on time and at acceptable levels of satisfaction by internal and external clients. Supports existing programs, data collection, applications, dashboards, and team members.

Required Qualifications3 Years increasing responsibilities.

Preferred QualificationsExperience in a health care system.

Other Qualification RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related area. Relevant experience in excess of seven (7) years and/or an Associate’s Degree may be substituted at the discretion of the hiring manager. - Required

Essential FunctionsLeadership and CollaborationResearches details of special projects and develops strategies for implementation. Conducts periodic needs assessment and makes recommendations for new projects or products that contribute to improved quality and efficiency related to customers and populations served. Collaborates with pharmacy leadership team in developing services for internal and external customers. Clearly communicates goals and instructions to other staff members. Helps to coordinate meetings for department and leadership. Assists in preparing agenda, slides, and finalizing minutes for assigned meetings. Works with leadership to schedule interviews, and appropriate follow up. Assists in coordinating and providing orientation to pharmacy students. Assists with maintaining SRS employees with insurance logins. Assists in mailing UTR (unable to reach) letters to patients for DOAC, MTM, asthma, etc., and transporting urgent outgoing mail to the post office.Project ManagementDemonstrates consistent and effective application of Project Management techniques. Through incorporation and integration of analysis, as well as sound professional judgment of project requirements, develops and maintains a comprehensive project management plan and schedule. Coordinates with outside vendors to ensure project scope and schedule align with organizational needs. Establishes and manages project requirements and timelines to ensure completion within target dates as agreed to with affected parties. Manages interactions with stakeholders to ensure understanding, resolve conflicts, reach mutual decisions, and attain project goals. Provides tools and guidance needed for others to succeed in achieving required outcomes while allowing individuality and creativity in the process of doing so. Utilizes internal and external data to help guide decisions and processes.Data UtilizationIdentifies statistical trends in data through utilization of independent judgment, training, and clinical experience in analysis of case reviews, system reviews, and/or of clinical data. Conducts accurate, comprehensive, and systematic reviews of ongoing measurement of operational process and outcome data through utilization of independent judgment, training, and clinical experience. Manages the design and completion of needed data collection, analysis, and reporting in compliance with department/system or applicable regulatory standards and measurement specifications. Ensure timely and accurate completion. Effectively uses ongoing monitoring techniques including corrective action process, criteria development, and statistical analysis to sustain improved processes. Aggregates and presents professional reports and meaningful data analysis to audiences of all levels. Ensures accuracy and integrity of data.QualityEnsures internal and external customer satisfaction via a variety of methods including surveys, direct feedback, and others as appropriate. Supports a quality improvement approach and demonstrates a commitment toward excellence. Communicates and meets established work and project timelines. Continually updated/enhances professional & technical knowledge (i.e., attends seminars, workshops, and conferences).

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExpert knowledge and demonstration of the following is required: 1) thorough knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, 2) cost estimating, 3) coordination of work to minimize disruption of operational business activities, 4) ability to evaluate solutions by interpreting functional requirements, 5) conflict resolution and team building, 6) ability to keep multiple stakeholders and partners informed of project progress and issue tracking, 7) skilled at conducting presentations to pharmacy team members and senior-level stakeholders/sponsors, 8) ability to establish priorities and follow through on projects with minimal supervision, 9) ability to practice good time management skills and to multi-task without losing focus, 10) ability to negotiate and set priorities, 11) pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk, 12) Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, Vizio, Looker, TEAMs, and Share Point knowledge.Sharp HealthCare is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
