JOB SUMMARYThe Clinical Applications – Portfolio Leader (Provider Services) will be part of the IT/Clinical Applications Resource team and responsible for providing market level guidance, leadership, and support to all operating teams, including system administration, configuration, and level three support of issues.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with the other team members, departments, and business leaders to effectively meet the clinical technology needs of the organization, focusing on the Provider Services division and supporting the EMR and related applications, interfaces, and platforms.Develops and implements eClinicalWorks related processes, procedures, and related documents/forms. Analyzes, monitors, and revises processes and procedures based on market performance.Develops and implements related training programs and initiatives. Analyzes, monitors, and revises initiatives based on portfolio feedback and performance.Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid training sessions for clinical applications implementation projects, onboarding groups, and best practices reinforcement. Provides leadership, guidance, and oversight for acquisition and expansion projects.Problem-solves, troubleshoots, analyzes market data and trends, and advises on possible courses of action to improve agency utilization of eClinicalWorks and related applications.Maintain eClinicalWorks system administration, including process configuration, pathways and assessments development, end-user training, and patient lifecycle management based on market analysis.Provide functional and technical support regarding eClinicalWorks and related applications by troubleshooting issues and providing centralized user support.Provide intermittent on-call support in rotation with the Clinical Applications Resource team.Provide on-site support to operating entities as needed; travel required.Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution, and ability to meet changing needs. Provide oversight and leadership to accomplish projects, acquisition transitions, and daily/weekly/month metric goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define process metrics, and establish performance benchmarks.Participate in IT audits and compliance assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory and security standards.JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)3+ years eClinicalWorks training, implementation, project management, or user experience required.Additional experience with HCHB, eMedPractice, Forcura, Careport, Waystar, Medalogix, NVOQ, supply interfaces, medication interfaces, or other clinical applications a plus.Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
