The school tuition manager will be the contact and coordinator for all aspects of school tuition, which is the primary income source for the school. This person works to ensure proper accounting, implementation, collection and response to all tuition and scholarships management needs for the school.SUPERVISED BY:
Pastor and PrincipalWORK SCHEDULE:
Flexible - Part Time with possibility of some remote work hoursREPRESENTATIVE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Strong computer and managerial skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills with a willingness to work with Pastor, Principal and families.Familiarity with FACTS Management System preferred, but training will be offered.Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.Demonstrate an understanding, respect and support for Roman Catholic Church teaching, mission and values.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for Maintaining all aspects of tuition income:Recording all bank deposits and records around tuitionAdminister financial aid and communicate opportunities and processes to all familiesDirectly assist families in applying for financial aidManaging the FACTS Tuition ProgramEnrolling all families into the tuition management systemPrepare tuition reports for Principal and PastorFollow-up and work to reconcile outstanding delinquenciesManage all outside scholarships and funding for tuitionCommunicate tuition processes with familiesFollow tuition procedures established by the parish and Archdiocese in all mattersApplication Process:
