The Milwaukee Central City Parishes of All Saints, St Martin de Porres, St Michael, and St Rose are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our team as the Managing Director. This inspiring yet challenging role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in administration, leadership, and operations, and a passion for service to the Catholic Church.As the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our multi-parish community. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring effective administration, and providing strategic leadership to foster a vibrant and cohesive community.The Managing Director for the four parishes reports directly to the Pastor and will be responsible for managing the parish’s facilities, human resources, information technology, and administrative functions. This position role models the values of the Catholic Church, maximizing collaboration and discipleship across the Milwaukee Central City Parishes to build a thriving community of worship.The ideal candidate understands parish functions and has a thorough understanding of business administration and management. The incumbent will collaborate with staff, priests, school, trustees, and parish committees, developing and implementing long-range, strategic goals that align with the mission and vision of the Central City Parishes while providing oversight and hands-on administration of various parish functions:Coordinates and oversees organizational reporting structure under the direction of the pastor.Under the direction of the pastor, is the liaison to the trustees, the pastoral council, and Archdiocesan Shared Accounting Services.Creates, improves, and administrates personnel procedures and ensures that employment practices comply with laws and Archdiocese best practices, utilizing Archdiocese resources as appropriate.Creates, improves, and administrates financial procedures and ensures that financial practices comply with laws and Archdiocese best practices, utilizing Archdiocese resources as appropriate.Directs the operation of the parish offices and serves as liaison between the Pastor and all ministries for coordination of administrative issues.Creates and oversees facility utilization across the four parishes to support the pastor’s priorities and oversees and provides support and resources for the maintenance of all parish and school facilities.Qualifications

Qualifications, Skills/AbilitiesMinimum: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or Public Administration with a minimum of five years of professional level experience including supervision.At least five years of experience managing or consulting on major strategic initiatives.Experience in a parish or diocese is strongly preferred, with a genuine commitment to the values and goals of the Catholic Church. Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing.Knowledge or understanding sufficient to direct the implementation and use of servers, data storage networks, desktop technologies, and print technologies.Demonstrated ability to manage projects and major programs.Excellent collaboration skills, in a team setting to develop and implement long-range, strategic goals that align with the mission and vision of the Central City Parishes.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Must possess a valid driver's license.Compensation

The Milwaukee Central City Parishes provides paid time off, medical, dental, and vision benefits and life insurance. The position is a full-time, salaried position working in-person within and across the four parishes. Weekend and evening assignments are involved.To Apply
