Ensures all content and product page elements meet current UI/UX standards and best practices using the latest technical code tools.What you will do:Proactively builds, analyzes, and adjusts independently generated usability tests using Adobe Target. Idea generation includes digital best practices and competitor reviews. Requires the use of development tools and skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.Works with product owner, business line, and marketing stakeholders to effectively coordinate content and launch additional A/B tests, inbound landing page requests, email, and other campaigns to further enhance the member's digital experience.Responsible for product imagery workflow, working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all assets are delivered per schedule. Ensures all product images best represent the product, are the highest quality possible, and are available and enabled for all products on the site, including front/side/back and alternate images.Conduct quality assurance for monthly refreshes; leads testing and ensures flawless execution of all customer-facing elements. Continuously makes recommendations to increase the effectiveness of content management tools, including tagging, SEO keywords/descriptions, etc. Maintain email database in accordance with CAN-Spam regulations and Club practices.Analyzes (using Adobe Analytics) and identifies trends (Foresee member satisfaction scores, etc.) in content and customer support cases. Identifies root causes and recommends process and policy improvement to improve user experience.Education:High School or GED Required. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field Preferred.Experience:3-5 years of digital experience, with focus on e-commerce, web, internet, email and/or mobile web application experience Required.Licenses and Certifications:AAA Northeast is proud of our diverse culture, fostered by the many talents, skills, passions, and expertise of our employees.
