The role is available in multiple locations, including the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or New York. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of M&A experience at a top corporate firm, be an active Bar member in the relevant jurisdiction, and possess superior academic credentials along with excellent communication skills.
