Our client, a leading law firm recognized for its premier technology mergers and acquisitions practice, is seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience. The role is available in multiple locations, including the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or New York. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm, superior academic credentials, and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction of practice is required, with a preference for CA Bar membership. Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies is advantageous.
