Accounts Payable CoordinatorLHH is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to work in Nassau County. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of job experience with accounts payable, invoicing, matching, and assisting with month-end close. Responsibilities include accurate and timely data entry and payment of vendor invoices, as well as reconciling various payable ledger accounts.Accounts Payable Job Responsibilities:Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.Audit and process credit card bills.Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks, and distribute checks accordingly.Respond to all vendor inquiries.Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies.Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis.Skills:Strong attention to detail.Strong desire to expand knowledge in the field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks.Experience:Minimum 3 years of related experience.Construction experience is a plus.Employment Type:

Full-time, Temp to hire.Work Hours:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.Salary:

Range up to $70K based on experience when permanent.Pay Details:
