Director of Corporate Accounting
to lead and manage the corporate accounting function within the finance department. The ideal candidate will have similar industry experience overseeing the entire P&L and FP&A and in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of entire general ledgerManage entire month-end process, company book close and consolidation processPreparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements and foreign exchangeManage a team of employees responsible for journal entries, income statements and balance sheetsCollaborate with company directors and controllers; provide clear and concise financial analysis to senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and trendsServe as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors during financial auditsCoordinate the preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor inquiriesSOX complianceRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA or MBA preferredMinimum 10 years of experience in corporate accounting, international experience preferredSAP, HyperionAbout our ClientMulti-national Software CompanyWorkplace Policy : OnsiteEqual Opportunity Employer : Henderson Harbor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
