What you do:The Portfolio Management Analyst Sr. is responsible for managing the end-to-end intake process for change projects, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate and optimize capacity utilization across the organization, monitoring portfolio performance with a focus on capacity planning, constraints, and availability, and providing regular reporting and analysis on portfolio and change initiatives.
Conduct portfolio analysis using available tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to provide financial and resource guidance to upstream stakeholders. Monitor portfolio performance, analyze trends, and generate relevant reports to provide past, current, and future feedback.
Analyze, project, and optimize resource capacity based on current and future demands, organizational priorities, timelines, and resource data, trends, and patterns.
Collaborate with resource managers, project managers, and stakeholders to align capacity with project demand and allocate resources accordingly.
Communicate resource-related findings and recommendations to leaders to optimize resource utilization and mitigate potential risks.
Collaborate with other departments and portfolio core team members to ensure resource assignments and financial investments align with portfolio strategy and goals.
Facilitate intake processes by validating input of new demand, identifying business impacts, and preparing for and conducting meetings.
A successful candidate will have background in:
Managing intake process for change projects
Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize capacity utilization and address risks
Providing regular reporting and analysis for portfolio and change initiatives
Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making and resource allocation
Establishing and growing business relationships with departmental leaders and key partners while balancing priorities
What you bring:
4-5 years of experience required, Relevant portfolio management, relationship management or Financial Services business experience; knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Project Management Life Cycle, and/or the Product Development Life Cycle;
Four-year degree required
