Position SummaryIn this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security systems, performing preventive maintenance requirements, and conducting inspections, evaluations, and inventory.Essential Responsibilities and Activities:Leading teams on small moderately complex installation projects.Conducting and documenting daily toolbox talks.Installing all head end equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.Programming head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.Providing on-site software commissioning and testing.Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory.Position / Candidate Requirements:Active Top Secret Clearance (TS) with the ability to obtain polygraph.U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to government contract.Valid driver's license is required.This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle; candidates must possess an acceptable driving record according to our policy.Must pass a customer background check after an offer is extended.Education:HS diploma or GED.Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) orGraduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program orGraduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program orThree (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.Required Progressive Experience:4+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and customer programs.3 years of the above experience must focus on electronic security systems.Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.Strong time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are a plus.Desired / Advantageous Qualifications:Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.Experience with Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, Aiphone Intercom Systems, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems, and certifications in the installation of said systems.We offer an excellent benefits package including:A competitive salary.Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Paid time off.Tuition reimbursement.401k Retirement Plan.Military Reserve pay offset.Paid maternity leave.Pay range:

- $39.65Abilities:Lifts at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for an extended period.Relocates a 12-foot stepladder without assistance.Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and all types of ladders.Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls, and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.Possesses good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools.Identifies when something is wrong or likely to go wrong.Applies general rules to specific problems to produce sensible answers.Combines pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions.Sees details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).Listens to and understands information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
