Oracle
and
Accounts Payable (AP)

Oracle and Accounts Payable (AP) : Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle and handling AP systems, ensuring financial accuracy and reconciliation

Microsoft Proficiency : High proficiency in
Excel ,

Outlook
is required for data management and effective communication
(Required).
Remote Work Capability : Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Reconciliation : Reach out to invoices to identify why they are not included in expenses and take necessary actions to resolve these discrepancies.
Collaboration : Utilize
Teams ,
Outlook , and
Excel
to effectively communicate, manage tasks, and organize financial data.
Financial Documentation : Ensure all expenses are properly documented, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Top Three Skills:
Expertise in

for managing and analyzing financial data.

Microsoft Teams
for remote collaboration and communication.
Experience with

for task management and email correspondence.
