Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in accounts payable.Proficiency with Process Pro Premier software.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable operations using specialized accounting software and various programs.Handle accounts payable functions for multiple entities and vendors.Analyze and streamline workflow processes.Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing vendors.Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll, in compliance with departmental procedures.Review and compare purchase orders, prices, payment terms, and other charges.Reconcile vendor statements.Process transactions and perform accounting tasks such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books.Maintain accurate accounting records through data entry, scanning, copying, and filing documents.Perform accounting and clerical tasks.Research, track, and resolve accounting issues.Conduct online banking tasks to process payments and record receipts.Prepare month-end reports.Complete other related job duties as assigned by management.Generate ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.
Pay Details:
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
