Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Identity and Access Management Engineer to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in securing identities and auditing future processes. As the Identity and Access Management Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering innovative Identity-based solutions, emphasizing Role Based Access Control and Role Reviews.Responsibilities:Design and configure Technical Access Control solutions within the Identity Governance tools based on team requirements.Collaborate with various teams in the Identity Access Management department to analyze and articulate user access data for troubleshooting and enforcing role best practices.Automate manual Access Control processes, including Role Based and Attribute Based Access Controls, provisioning, terminations, account lifecycle, and compliance.Train team members on newly developed capabilities and ensure operational teams are equipped to deliver on their commitments.Recommend and implement new processes to proactively address colleagues’ onboarding efficiency needs and requirements.Benefits and Perks

Strong experience in Identity and Access Management tools such as Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc.Demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams cross-functionally to resolve complex issues within designated time frames.Role Based Access Control experience.Knowledge of API-based architectures.Experience in building business processes and workflows.Data mining and data mapping skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
