In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to own and deliver key components in a new platform that will power our growing suite of infrastructure and customer-facing services across 150 countries.Must haves:Basic Python or Java proficiencySenior Golang proficiencyExperience in a web/service context (backend)Worked as a team with a GitHub equivalent (PRs, etc.)Communicating/drafting ideas and designsExperience working with backend web APIs (using and making)Basic Docker & K8s understandingNice to haves:Can write good guidance & communicationExperience with BazelExperience monitoring production applications (logging, metric collection, etc.)Experience with performance optimizations (both through service metrics (mosaic etc.) as well as just local code (pprof, flamegraphs, etc.))Familiar with CI/CD tools, Spinnaker, Jenkins, or similarFamiliar with SplunkFamiliar with KafkaFamiliar with AWS or GCPInterview Process:2 take-home technical assessments1 client interviewBenefits:Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
