We have a wonderful opportunity for a nurse manager for our 35 unit assisted living community. LPNs and RNs are encouraged to apply. You would be joining a phenomenal, award winning team and an amazing company.

As the Director of Nursing you will:Oversee nursing services within Americare assisted living facilities maintaining quality standards of resident care and advising medical staff, department heads and administrators on nursing related matters. You will also recommend, revise and interpret policies as well as develop organizational structure and standards of performance. You will promote working relationships with community agencies and other establishment departments and assist in preparation of the departmental budget. You will additionally establish personnel qualification requirements, draft procedure manuals, initiate in-service programs, install record and reporting systems and evaluate effectiveness of nursing service in relation to objectives and costs.

Qualifications:- Graduate of an approved school of nursing (LPN) with current state licensure
