This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety, soundness, and integrity of production systems, working within a small team directly with the manager and collaborating with other teams.Responsibilities:Review project plans and coordinate project activity.Manage backup, security, and user help system.Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.Meet with stakeholders to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.Provide technical support for computer problems.Work with development teams to ensure adherence to enterprise change delivery.Assist teams with change management and potentially deployment-related issues.Review metrics for successful changes and track any issues stemming from changes.Organize and schedule release calls.Provide support during releases.Accountable for understanding the impacts that changes will have on affected systems.Review change documentation to ensure change processes are followed, and documentation is accurate and complete.Benefits and Perks
