Real Estate Lead Sales Agent (Licensed In Virginia)
Are you a licensed residential real estate agent looking to join an amazing and growing team with lots of opportunities for professional and personal development, AND determined to help Buyers find the home of their dreams? At FASS Results, we are seeking exceptional, knowledgeable, and passionate Realtors who have the desire to provide Buyers the 5-star exceptional service they expect.
You’ll be their trusted Advisor and the main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a superior experience every step of the way, building enduring relationships through the process. We maintain a high-end client database and looking for Agents who are eager to accept the challenge and serve them, as well as take actions to generate more clientele.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $300,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Respond timely to inquiries and utilize FASS Team resources.
Assist buyers with mortgage pre-qualification and help educate them on the risks/rewards with each option along the way.
Document, track, and follow up with Leads/Clients in the Team's CRM databases.
Perform meeting presentations for listings and potential buyers to educate clients about FASSResults.com
Schedule showings and help advise Clients.
Research and advise clients on pricing analysis and critical data.
Prepare and review Real Estate documents and negotiate agreements.
Manage calendars for appointments, inspections, and closings.
Potential to host open houses and seminars for clients.
Conduct market analysis to help determine accurate property value.
Negotiate on the client’s best behalf.
Educate clients on all their options throughout the buying process.
Attend Home Inspections to provide clients with options.
Help find “off-market” homes for clients.
Work with the lender and Title Company, attend closings and provide support for clients.
Attend meetings and calls with the Team and the Broker.
Utilize technology, social media, and other supported platforms.
Prospect for new business and assist with Client Events.

Qualifications:
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Current / active real estate license (Virginia/DC/Maryland)
Coachable with attention to detail
Ability to resolve issues with critical thinking
Client service-focused with a positive attitude
Time management skills necessary to juggle client needs in a fast-paced market
