Director of Operations , working in tandem with multiple teams/departments, reporting to the General Manager. This is an on-site, hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring member, guest, and team experience run as smoothly and efficiently as possible in support.Director Of Operations Benefits

5+ years of Hospitality management experience, in an upscale and sophisticated environmentProficiency with financial management, controlling costs (supplies, labor, food + beverage, etc), and building salesEvents experience highly preferredEnjoys maintaining a constant presence on the floor; ensuring staff, members and guests are supported in the day-to-day, restaurant, and during private eventsComfortable managing a varied and diverse workforceDirector Of Operations Roles And Responsibilities
Manage multiple departments, including Front Desk, Membership, Security, and MaintenanceOversight of Member Services (mail room processes/efficiencies, conference room assignments, member sales add-on opportunities)Membership Sales + Onboarding processesOversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including bars, restaurant, and events/programmingAt Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
