Job SummaryUnder the guidance of PO Finance leadership, assists with daily operations, development and administration of the PO and Foundation's financial information and reporting systems. Projects and processes are of limited scope and complexity and are generally routine in nature. Assists in the smooth implementation of projects.

This Finance Business Information Systems Analyst II- PO will be responsible to:Assists in the maintenance and administration of financial systems in partnership with internal and external resources. Supports business process and technology. Tests assumptions and dataParticipates in system financials activities as they relate to strategy discussions, production support, upgrades and implementations, system optimizations, business process improvements and developing end user engagement. Prepares project plansProvides support to finance staff on systems processes, data flow, controls and interfaces for financial information systemsGathers and analyzes customer requirements. Drafts clear and concise functional design documentation. Drafts and executes testing plans and scriptsDevelops reports or queries, application based financial models, financial analyses, management reports and presentation materials for departmental and senior managementPerforms extensive analyses of PO and Foundation data in order to facilitate the preparation of month end reporting information using knowledge of accounting principles, financial management and technical skillsWorks with Information Systems Department (ISD) and various technology vendors as directed. Identifies potential performance improvement/system tuning opportunities. Participates in the training of end-usersTo qualify, you must have:

A Bachelor's degree in Business / Information Technology or related field and 3 years of related experience is required.
