Job Title: Data Analyst
Join our team as an IT Data Analyst, where you’ll be responsible for managing purchase orders, invoices, vendor relationships, and inventory. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Purchase Orders (PO) using Oracle Financial applicationHandle IT Invoices through various platforms or direct submission to Expense PayablesSupport vendors with payment inquiries and ensure transparency in hardware purchasesUphold best practices in Asset ManagementContribute to financial analysis for management inquiriesIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities
Skills Required
1-3 years of experience in Business Finance, Financial Management, or ProcurementProficiency in Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent organizational and communication skillsUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial statementsExperience in a retail or chain store environment is a plus
