• Subject Matter Expert (SME) brings deep business knowledge and brings tobear an understanding and rationalization of “best business practices” in thesubject matter area• Extensive technical responsibilities for interpreting, organizing, executing,and coordinating assignments, including the direction of the staff• Decision making capacity that demonstrates mature judgment in anticipationand solving complex problems• Extensive experience in the utility domain, preferably in gas and water• Subject Matter expertise in the areas of billing and customer care,premise, meters and/or field activities• Demonstrated track record of thought leadership in the respective functionalarea(s)REQUIREMENTS1. Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred2. 15 years of progressive experience3. Demonstrated knowledge of “leading practices” in the subjectmatter area4. Great communication skills5.
