This position is for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Clinic. This is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule on day shifts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.Base Pay Range:

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yrResponsibilities

As an Outpatient Clinic Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:Providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.Conducting initial assessments of patients, including taking vital signs, documenting patient history, and identifying any health risks.Developing and implementing patient care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.Administering medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions as ordered by care providers.Collaborating with the healthcare team to oversee patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes.Educating patients and their families on disease prevention, medical conditions, and the proper use of prescribed treatments and drugs.Responding to emergencies and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the level of patient care.Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an outpatient clinic or FQHC setting.Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Commitment to adhering to the highest standards of nursing practices and ethical conduct.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.If you are a patient-focused RN with a passion for providing exceptional care and a commitment to improving the health of our community, we would love to hear from you.
