Assisted Living Director
Carlton Place (Inter-Faith Care Center), Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States,
Carlton Place Assisted Living, part of Inter-Faith Care Center (IFCC) of Carlton, MN is seeking a highly motivated Director to manage the operations of their 18-unit facility.
The Assisted Living (AL) Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as ensuring the health and safety of all Carlton Place residents within the licensed requirements through the state.
Clinical nurses (RN's and LPN's) are welcome to apply as well.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Directing resident services
Coordinating admissions/discharges
Staff scheduling and supervision
Budget management
Marketing
Dual role of nursing service and assisted living director duties
only if
position assumed by a licensed clinical individual.
The AL Director must be able to relate professionally with residents, staff, and family members, display a positive work attitude, and work as a team with other staff members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Long Term Care experience preferred
Working knowledge of the state requirements for the policy and procedures with the Assisted Living license.
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility in dealing with changing situations.
Ability to use computers and electronic records.
The ability to deal tactfully and use good communication and customer service skills with residents and their families.
Management and leadership experience.
Valid motor vehicle driver’s license required (Minnesota Class D or similar).
If you are not currently a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD), you will be required to apply for it upon hire.
