Role Overview:

As the Director of Program Performance, you will spearhead efforts to refine patient care programs and services, aiming to enhance patient outcomes. Your leadership will drive improvements in program effectiveness, service quality, and overall performance across the specialty pharmacy network.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Optimization:

Enhance coordination between the Hub and Specialty Pharmacy to boost conversion rates, expedite therapy initiation, and support sustained patient adherence.

Service Development:

Design, implement, and continuously refine pharmacy services to elevate patient outcomes.

Performance Metrics:

Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure accountability and effectiveness in specialty pharmacy services.

Forecasting and Reporting:

Oversee patient forecasting, quarterly accruals, variance analysis, and management reporting with a focus on transparent communication with PSS leadership.

Business Reviews:

Participate in Specialty Pharmacy Quarterly Business Reviews, concentrating on Key Performance Metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead meetings with vendors, alliances, and internal teams to enhance the overall patient journey.

Workforce Management:

Collaborate with the Head of Patient Facing Programs to optimize workforce performance and productivity.

Vendor Oversight:

Manage vendor relationships and procurement decisions, ensuring that service level agreements and performance management terms are effectively executed.

Skills and Technical Skills:

Educational Background:

Preferred degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in healthcare, with at least 5 years in specialty pharmacy operations focusing on quality and performance.

Analytical Skills:

Strong capabilities in analytics and problem-solving with a proven track record in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Leadership Abilities:

Proven experience in influencing without authority, leading cross-functional teams, and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.

Independence:

Highly self-directed with the ability to manage projects proactively and independently.
