Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Application and Tech Support Specialist to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic 24x7 support team, providing crucial coverage for changes during Mon-Thur 10pm-8am shifts. As a specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing support for the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CICD) tools and supporting VM migrations, ensuring uninterrupted service for the bank's operations.Responsibilities:Handle configuration and deployment changes.Troubleshoot issues related to changes being performed.Organize and lead teams during service disruptions, configuration management, and new product implementations.Benefits and Perks

Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in IT support roles.Proficiency in Linux, MQ Series Support, uDeploy, Jenkins, GIT, and Artifactory.Familiarity with WebSphere, TomCat, Apache, and IIS is a plus.Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Additional Information:Must be able to work Eastern or Central time zones.Remote work is possible but candidates must be near one of the designated tech hubs for training.
