Please review the following job description:Support execution of Wholesale Bank data objectives by advancing and accelerating the impact of the Wholesale Data, Analytics and Governance team through facilitation of internal and external partnerships, management of project engagement and thought leadership. Responsible for the integration of data and analytic capabilities that enable Wholesale Data, Analytics and Governance teammates to be more efficient and effective in executing their roles and interactions with partners (line of business, EDA, other analytics and data management teams and technology).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating data and analytics execution for a team of analytics professionals by establishing execution standards and ensuring adherence, workflow/demand management, prioritization, project documentation, progress monitoring and preparing executive level updates for senior leaders and LOB partners.

Responsible for coordinating Data Risk Transformation and data management execution for the team of Wholesale Data Steward professionals by tracking workflow/demand management, prioritization of new asks, and monitoring timely execution including progress updates for senior leaders, and partners.

Provide leadership in managing multiple projects by facilitating project charter, scope, validation metrics, projecting milestones, resourcing, dependencies, risks, status reporting, stakeholder engagement, business readiness/organizational change management with partner teams, assist in marketing value to deliver specified requirements, objectives, and value.

Provide leadership, and direction for project team and business partners while working across teams to solve problems and implement changes. Assist Head of Wholesale Data, Analytics in project management and execution to solve business problems/needs and/or researching solutions for implementation.

Provide thought leadership and proactively develop innovative approaches to analytics execution, uncover optimization opportunities, risk mitigation strategies and quality control and assist in continuous improvement.

Escalate issues and risks to management with suggested mitigation options to align with execution goals and expectations.

Evaluate current and forward-looking demand for capacity management and re-prioritization based on strategic business needs and implementation demands. Track and monitor capacity and team performance to ensure effective project execution against milestones.

Required Qualifications:

At least 10 years in financial services/project management capacity

Ability to influence across a broad spectrum of partners and complexities, including senior executives at the highest level of the bank.

Demonstrates a high degree of initiative and ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity, leading and driving program deliverables

Experience implementing complex project implementations

Strong leadership capabilities, goal-oriented, action-focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to creatively problem solve

Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands
