IT Senior Director, Corporate Technology

Reporting to the CIO, this role is a senior leadership and business partner position responsible for providing strategic direction, oversight, and management of Information Technology across the Corporate functions of The Company, encompassing Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance. The incumbent will play a crucial role in defining and aligning IT initiatives with the unique needs and challenges of these core corporate functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness in the pharmaceutical industry.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with Corporate Technology objectives and the overall business strategy.Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure IT initiatives support and enhance Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance processes.Obsessed with the successful adoption of technology and digitization of business processes to drive unparalleled automation.

IT Corporate Technology Integration:

Lead the integration of IT solutions into Corporate Technology processes, ensuring alignment with compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to optimize Corporate Technology functions and improve efficiency.

System Design and Implementation:

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of IT systems supporting Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance functions. Experience with Workday, ERP platforms such as NetSuite / Oracle / SAP, Concur, ADP, or similar required.Ensure systems comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Team Management:

Build and lead a high-performing IT team supporting Corporate Technology, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and growth.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams, to understand IT needs and deliver integrated solutions.Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure IT solutions align with Corporate Technology goals.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

Implement data analytics and reporting solutions to provide insights into financial performance, HR metrics, compliance trends, and regulatory requirements.Drive data-driven decision-making within Corporate Technology teams.

Compensation:

Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands.
