Hybrid (at least 3 days a week in office)Responsibilities:The HR Operations Specialist will:Provide support within their HR team (generalist functions) and provide Workday ops support.Run reports, work with internal teams to answer functionality questions, data entry as neededRefine HR processes within Workday and various other HR systems.Perform other duties, as neededQualifications:2-4 years of overall experienceAbility to run reports and synthesize data effectivelyCuriosity in elevating current HR Ops/System processesAbility to run and generate reports from the systemSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Worked in an HR Operations role

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide support within their HR team (generalist functions) and provide Workday ops support.- Run reports, work with internal teams to answer functionality questions, data entry as needed- Refine HR processes within Workday and various other HR systems.
QUALIFICATIONS- 2-4 years of overall experience- HR Process/Ops background- Worked within Workday and understands how the systems operates from an end user perspective- High attention to detail- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management- Strong analytical skills and experience
