We offer generous compensation packages that recognize hard work and excellence.Job Description:The Experience Management Data Specialist supports system infrastructure and data maintenance related to the firm’s experience management database; maintains evolving expectations, standards, and best practices. This position coordinates all aspects of experience data used by the Firm to support business development (BD) and knowledge management (KM) initiatives. The Experience Management Data Analyst works under minimal supervision and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support BD and KM initiativesDevelop and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accuracyCreate and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholdersTrack and report key metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of the system and various BD and KM initiativesCollaborate with different departments and business stakeholders, understand their data needs and provide data collection, maintenance, and analytical supportIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data that lead to actionable insightsAssist manager and director in communication, training, and change managementOversee and continuously improve data collection and analysis processes with attorneys, BD, and KMManage automated data workflowsCollaborate with attorneys and BD and KM leaders to create and maintain targeted practice, industry, and ad-hoc reportsTranslate user requirements into technical specificationsJob Specifications:Bachelor’s degreeAt least five (5) years of related work experience in a data analyst, paralegal, or other similar roleFamiliarity with experience management system (e.g., Foundation)Strong knowledge of database management systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)Strong analytical mindsetStrong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work under tight deadlinesAbility to work with large datasetsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.Target Hiring Range: $75,000 - $104,000. Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
