–The Denver Service Center (DSC) of the National Park Service (NPS), Denver, Colorado.Job Types: Full-time, On-SiteSalary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearCaladwich Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified 8(a), CVE-certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a single focus - deliver exceptional results!Caladwich Consulting is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to support the definition and successful completion of IM projects within the DSC IM department. This Project Manager will play a pivotal role in project support that includes requirements gathering, requirements documentation, systems testing, project plan creation, task assignments, project leadership, project schedule maintenance, and project status communication.Duties/Responsibilities:

Create and maintain project plans using WBS, task dependencies, schedules, and critical path analysis.Define and estimate IT tasks, collect task completion status information, maintain appropriate schedules, and communicate project status to the team and management.Create and maintain system roadmaps, project plans, and product and release backlogs.Develop and estimate user stories and establish acceptance criteria which will specify expected functionality for a user story.Lead projects using agile methodologies, including sprint meetings, system roadmaps, project plans, and release backlogs.Produce requirements documentation appropriate for the project management methodology being used.Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and produce requirements documentation.Perform systems analysis and create design alternatives for projects.Assist in the development of data models, interface element mapping, and systems testing when required.Qualifications / Required Experience:

Preferred experience with projects in federal agencies, particularly those that align with the National Park Service or similar government entities.Experience in managing and ensuring the satisfactory performance of contracted staff.Ability to lead Agile teams and work collaboratively with team members to ensure project success.Experience using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and facilitating sprint meetings.Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively gathering requirements, leading workshops, and providing status updates to stakeholders.Capable of performing systems analysis and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.Experience with MS Project is preferred, indicating a need for proficiency in project management software.Ability to perform systems analysis, create design alternatives, and assist in systems testing and integration projects.Experience with/supporting Federal Government preferred.Quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated expertise in utilizing PowerBi, Microsoft Excel and MS Teams, alongside proficiency in various MS Office applications.Other Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.PMP certification required (Active).5 years of IT Project Management experience.5 years of experience leading Agile development teams.5 years of experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentation.5 years of systems analysis, design, testing, and integration.References: Applicants must provide at least 2 professional references (including contact information) to be considered as a candidate for this position.Benefits:
