Responsibilities:Works with key stakeholders in the Enterprise Risk Management organization to align technology solutions with business strategiesGathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developersDemonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunitiesSupports one or more highly complex business processesWorks on multiple projects as a project team memberServes as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needsEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred5-7 years’ experience requiredBasic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functionsProficiency in SQL requiredDemonstrated experience conducting business analysis in a data warehouse environment requiredStrong data analysis skill and experience developing requirements documentation for technology team requiredDemonstrated experience creating source to target mapping documents requiredDemonstrated experience using AWS environment preferredExperience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Microstrategy strongly preferredExperience using relational databases such as Netezza or Redshift strongly preferredKnowledge of programming languages such as SAS, Python or R preferredMust be self-starter and detail orientedMust have strong verbal and oral communication skillsExperience working on an agile team a plusExperience using Jira a plusKnowledge of mortgage industry a plus
